We've been part of Cleveland for a while now, and we've been covering it in the pages of Urban:Fix. We've invested in and around this re-imagined rust-belt city, which has turned the corner through hardwork, design, and some enlightened city planners and developers.
It's no easy task changing a city that's lost nearly half its population over the last four decades. The good news is that there are some gorgeous buildings, homes, and commercial spaces waiting to be redeveloped and re-energized. We're doing our part, along with our contractors. Oh yeah, and with LeBron coming back, there's a great optimisn on and off the court too. Take a look at some of our properties below and some of the highlights of Cleveland.
Older Kitchen Cabinets Made New
We've left older cabinets in place and re-painted, added news countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Simple upgrades that make a world of difference in older kitchens.
A Revived Duplex in Lakewood
We knocked down walls, opened the kitchen, added new cabinets and new spa-like bathrooms. It's a top rent earner in trendy Lakewood.

We're looking at properties all the time in and around Cleveland. Here's one good example in suburban Lakewood.

We're rehabbing this grand old "blue house" and putting it back on the market. It's a 4 bedroom/3 bath and will sell fast.

This great brick house was picked up for a song. We're in the process of rehabbing it now.
Zack Bruell is Clevelands hottest restauranteur. With 7 different restaurants across Cleveland he dominates the culinary scene. His Parallax Restaurant in trendy Tremont is great place to take in this new/old part of the city.

We have two crews working on our Cleveland properties, including some of the best electrician, plumbers, and trim/finish teams. We're happy to share them with our investors and friends.
